Normally the Dr. will leave you in the room alone to undress, then you put a "gown" on. The Dr. will examine you a little at a time, and therefore will not see you totally naked at all. You MUST go to the Dr.!! Hopefully it will turn out to be something simple, but meanwhile, worry of not really knowing is causing you too much stress.

A doctor is the only person who will be able to give you the right answers to your questions. Why not take a friend with you.

Go to a female doctor. Get it checked out to be safe. I'm sure you are fine, probably just a swollen gland. But go to the doctor. It is nothing to mess with.

What is the feeling? It could be just normal sensitivity for you, but it would be best to see the doctor if just to ease your mind.

Give yourself a self-exam* & see if you feel any lumps in your breasts.
