what are some of your favorite LEGAL free cross-stitch pattern sites?
i think my favorite 3 so far are http://dragondreams.accra.ca/Samples.html, http://www.rainbowgallery.com/freechartdownloads.c... and http://www.celticxstitch.ie/cgi-bin/stitches.cgi, but i'm always on the lookout for more. :) (please, no clearinghouse-type sites -- you know, pages and pages of links to other sites, but no original patterns.)

Over 100 free charts listed at the following page (all the charts are on the same site). There are color charts for cross-stitch (under Nautical, the Lighthouse with US Flag is one of my favorites) and also charts for filet crochet (the filet crochet charts can also be used for single color silhouette cross-stitch). Many are original charts by the web site owner and some are from antique charts.
