Riddle -- What comes next?

13112221. After the first line, the digits come in pairs, describing the previous lines digits, read left to right; e.g. 312211 {or 31 22 11} says: three ones, two twos, one one.

Start from the bottom... The first line tells that the next line above has three 1s(31), two 2s(22), and one 1(11) - 111221. The line with "111221" tells that the next line above has one 1(11), one 2(12), and two 1(21) - 1211. The line with "1121" tells that the next line above has one 2(12) and one 1(11) - 21. The line with "21" tells that the next line above has two 1s (21) - 11. Finally, the line with "11" tells that the last line has one 1(11) - 1... Is it right?
