Connecticut has now inforcing a mititary affidavit prove the defedant is not on active duty. Good idea but hard for people in a service business service to get a Social Sucuity number with people being so protective of it. With all the Idenity teft going on. But with out it you can not obtain the mititary affidavit from the Solder and Salors Military Services in Washington DC.
My question Does anyone know how to get the S.S. number? Or the mititary affidavit verifacation? Any infomation will be appercated. Its like a catch 22.

Are you married to the deadbeat? My ex husband was in the military and I recieved a card (pass) to shop on base that had his social security number on it. I kept it after we divorced just in case I needed it in the future..Sure enough he tried to run away from his responsibilities of paying child support. I took his social security with me to the Department Of Human Resources and they helped me collect child support from him.That has been many years ago. Things may have changed since then.
