    No, it's not. Not much is visible except the continents. It is a quarter of a million miles away, afterall. Just look at the famous Apollo 8 photo [1st link]. It is visible from Earth orbit. But contrary to conventional wisdom, it is far from the only man made object that can be seen [2d link].

    that's a skinny gray wall on some huge gray mountains. that's hardly seen from Earth on no account innovations the moon. maximum of that's in ruins and the bits maximum travelers flow to have been rebuilt in the Eighteen Eighties. It definitely could not be seen from the moon.

    yup! and it's the only structure on earth that is visible from the moon. at least that's what people say.

    Not from the moon, love. Maybe from Earth's outer atmoshpere, but not the moon.

    Besides, how would anyone know...no one's ever been to the moon. That stuff was all done in a movie studio right? ;P

    im not so sure... i think its only visible through space... because what if you were on the wrong side of the moon.... and then you wouldnt be able to see it.... that wouldnt be good...

    Yes, but only in radar mode. It is not visible to the naked eye.
