our symantec detects the remote admin.exe as a infected file and delete it immediatey?

i already add this remote admin folder in the symantec exclusion list and turn off the automatic detection and deletion..

plz any one know the new virus protection suppored remote admin software...

    First of all make sure that it hasn't got a virus!!

    First of all upload it to

    www.virustotal.com

    There it will be scanned with 24 Antivirus programs, but you can only send upto 10MB

    or send it to http://virusscan.jotti.org/

    There they will scan it with 15 Antivirus programs, but here you can send up to 15MB

    If the results say that there is no virus... send it to Symantec and tell them that your program detects this as a false positive!!! They will update their database after checking that it isn't a new virus!!
