I am that way too. It is likely a medical problem. For me it is a hormonal problem. I have Kleinfelder's syndrome.

Other possibilities: maybe he was sexually abused. I was as a kid. That can cause emotional issues. Childhelp USA; a California group that defends kids says one in 3 girls and one in 7 boys are molested before they reach 18. So don't rule this out.

The third may be stress related. He may be tired and exhausted. That lowers your drive if your not getting enough sleep.

Another... if he is on anti-depressants. They kill sex drives often. Some meds like Zoloft are notorious for that.
