    well silverback gorillas kill their young so...oh wait lions do to...i guess the gorilla because soon they will obtain thumbs and will soon be able to control guns whereas lions do not have thumbs, they have paws.

    Are there trees? Because if it's just on the savanna, the Lion has the edge mobility-wise... Plus with the teeth.
