The people who control the people fear peace becuase then they would have no control. Peace is possible, we are just made to beleieve it isn't.

As for Christians, they fear peace because that signifies the coming of the Antichrist.
I don't think anyone can really comprehend why others fear peace...
Thats all just me.

I don't believe people fear peace, but government fears peace. Politics has always been about power, and when there is peace, there can be no power. Government is all about power.

As a famous Roman man of letters once said,"If you want peace, prepare for war". It's nice to have peace but let's be real.War is as common as a herpes infected gutter slut.
It lowers the population, gives us the chance to remodel whole cities if need be,play with all of our new toys and actually use them against our counterparts.We can rescue people, create absolute misery, live dangerously eta l.
Peace is dull unless it's the peace that Christ brings when he returns.

I think this is because people of this time have never all experienced peace, and it's normal to be of something nobody's ever tried.

peace will destroy the huge defense industry and will reduce the budget for the military. so a lot of top leaders don't really want total peace.
