where will i find a chart of stars visible from phnom pehn cambodia?

Go to http://skyandtelescope.com/ and click on "Observing", then open their Interactive Sky Chart. It will give you a chart of the stars in your exact location at any time of the night that you choose. It's the best sky chart that I have found. I use it every night I go out.

If the location given is correct, any star chart that shows the sky for anywhere at 11 degrees north, will reflect your stars as well. The location on the earth only matters how far north or south of equator as to what star charts will work for you.

One option is “Your Sky,” which has Thailand and not Cambodia, although you can enter your latitude and longitude directly (Phnom Penh is at 11°33'N and 104°51'E):

A simpler, so-so star chart can be found on “My Stars Live,” although they don’t have Cambodia, either:
