Is any one else not able to rate4 answers and vote for best answers.?

I've noticed over the past week or so, that I can no longer "vote for best answer" to any question for which I submitted an answer; even if I find an answer better than the one I submitted!! I can understand them not letting you vote for your own answer, but they should let you vote for another answer if you want to. I also cannot "rate a best answer" for any question for which I submitted an answer. Perhaps someone from Yahoo Answers can comment on this.....

ME. It seems ever since they changed it where you can't vote for yourself, I been having problems with voting. I tried yesterday several times to vote, but there was no Button showing up. Today I could. So I think it has something to do with the changes they made. They are complaining about the same thing in the Forum.

Yet another of yahoo answers newest rules.. all the sudden no one can vote for the best answers to questions they answered... I though it was just me but then one of my friends sent me another question like this. So its everyone. I don't know why. But I guess that is just going to leave thousands of unresolved answers from now on... Who knows what they are going to do next!
