Duke lacrosse -- are the players being set up?
It seems obvious to me that there are hidden agendas. The DA wants to win reelection, and the stripper wants to extort money out of them in a civil lawsuit. I think these two kids are being set up in a big way. Perhaps her case would be bolstered if one of the guys she ID'd hadn't been at an ATM at the time. If she scratched them hard enough to leave marks, why was there no DNA under her fingernails.
The whole case stinks. The DA is trying it in the press. He can not possibly have a good faith belief that he can secure a conviction. He should be disbarred.
It's not a racial thing either, because I believed that Kobe Bryant was being set up as well.

I totally agree with you This case is similar to the one a few years back against Mike Chimera of the Green Bay Packers He beat the case but it still caused a lot of damage to his image and reputation
