Do not use kazza or morpheus or anything
If you want full albums or single mp3s use eMule its safe and free and no spyware or adaware I use eMule alot
and if you want a quick mp3 use limewire but make sure the bitrate is 128 to 198 that means better quality
And to be safe from being spyed on use peerguardian
