Meeting people is a hard thing, but you will never meet anyone as long as you sit in front of your computer.Go out, join after work gatherings with co workers, take an evening class at your local college, cooking classes are wonderful for meeting single females check out the summer schedule, you might be surprised.

It's hard i guess, but you can try other online services that let's you meet friends, i mean there's a lot of those out there, like hi5, friendster, myspace and more. But i think the best way is to go out with friends to activites, clubs or what nots and see what's out there instead of just sitting around waiting for it to happen.

Maybe it's your profile, maybe you can add or change it. Spice it up a little, you are trying to grab their attention. Do you have a photo? Maybe add some different photo's to your profile.
