Contraceptive recommendation?
We currently use condoms, but I was hoping to find something more natural. I have been on the pill for almost five years (stopped about 9 months ago), and I am not sure whether it would be good for my health to go back on it (I'm 24 and healthy, but I don't know for how long it's good to be on it). Also, I have heard that the diaphragm can increase menstrual pain, which would be a problem. Any recommendations? Thank you very much.

There is always the shot. The sponge you can buy at your drug store. The pill shouldn't harm you.

Combine a contraceptive vaginal foam with some careful calendar-watching, as the success rate on it isn't so good that you'd want to rely on it completely. But you get pretty much all the sensation that way.
