You can most likely go to http://www.tinypic.com/ and get a link called a tag and post the picture or even put in the URL address. They will show up and you can highlight them after the picture is uploaded. Warning: your IP address is recorded just in case.

If you have Yahoo Account, you should be able to login to www.geocities.com. Go to File Manager there, upload your pic and give us the link to the pic.
