If it's not in bad condition, donote it to your local homeless shelter or give it to a second hand shop.

In some localities, mattresses will not be picked up by the trash collector. Most places have special "bulk collections" which are conducted twice a year, or so. Call your city or town hall to find out how to get your mattress collected.

Most bedding places remove the old bedding for free when they deliver new bedding.

If you are having a new mattress delivered, they usually will collect the old one for free at the time of delivery of the new one.

You could also call your trash pick-up company and make arrangements. They usually charge a small fee for this.

You could also call a thrift store who (depending on the condition of your mattress) will be more than happy to pick it up for free.

Give it away to someone in need....Call a welfare office or homeless shelter to see if family is in need of one.

Take it to the dump. Some times when u buy a new mattress they will take the old one away for u. What ever u do don't try to burn the mattress.

Call DAV, Salvation Army or Goodwill to pick it up. Unless it's extremely in bad shape, some good will come from it. Have a blessed day.

Since the laws vary from different towns, I suggest you call your city disposal and ask them.

try and sell it or just throw it away for the homeless chidren or parents or just don't dispose of it.

put it outside on the corner....the trash man will pick it up with the rest of the trash

you can sel it and tell them, or you can just put it in the thrift store, or you could just trow it away at the trash headquarters.
