It's just like a human he prob. bled to death or had fatal injuries of course I was't there but 9/10 times the dog will die

Why are you asking this type of question? Evidently the dog ran in front of a car and was hit. Why are you asking WHY?
If the dog had been on a leash, maybe it would not been hit?
And WHY wasn't the dog on a leash to prevent this accident?
