Whitening strips question?

Question

i am nervous about using them. i bought them for prom, i have to use them for two weeks. well it says that it's better to put them on before brushing, but that seems odd. i don't know how to use them, and i would like some advice from someone that HAS used whitening STRIPS. i need to start tomorrow. i have the classic crest whitestrips. i need some advice to become comfortable with using these for two weeks [one week at outdoorschool [camp]]

it was recommended that i use these, and i have planned on using them since last year, when i was a sophomore. please only answer if you are going to help me out.

plus i have already bought them, so please don't recommend another product.

I have used them and you realy can't talk with them becuase they make you foam in the mouth so I would use them at a time when you can just sit and relax.  Also i had to stop using them becuase they tasted so bad, but my friend liz didn't have a problem.  GOOD LUCK :]]

I have used Crest Whitiening Strips,they work well, I get lots of compliment on the whiteness of my teeth. I followed the instructions,which say use them before brushing, I thought that was odd, but hey it worked

They Work. Use only for a Short Time as they Can Wear the Enamel off Your Teeth. Have Fun at the Prom.

I think all this is just a gimmick by the companies!
just stop having caffeine products and you will be fine
