Lilithmoon73 is right--this site is not connected with Yahoo!, Inc. Thank you all for the heads-up.

Any site that has "Become An Expert" at the top is something I would stay away from. I don't think I want this guy to answer my life questions:

I would rather have crazy demented people answer my questions. Like all of you happy people. Keep up the good work.

That just reminded me of the demented cartoon movie at AlbinoBlacksheep.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me 9 days ago. I kept getting as far as the Windows XP page and then nothing. I contacted PC World and they tried to repair it down the phone. In the end they told me that I needed to do a system recovery. As I have never done a full back-up I had to get in touch with HP (my computers' manufacturer) and ask them for a set of recovery disks. These arrived last Friday and my PC has been back to PC World since then to be repaired. Best of luck, I think you are going to need it!

Yes, this has nothing to do with Yahoo! I've notified Yahoo! staff since this might possibly be an infringement on their trademark name at the very least. I think it's for the less informed to stumble on the site and think they have to pay money for informed answers.

Your browser might have a spybot hijack program inserted in it. If you haven't yet, I urge you to use a good FREE anti-spyware program to rid your hard drive of spyware and hijack bots.

I use Spybot Search n' Destroy, Ad-Aware SE, Spyware Blaster AND AVG Anti-Virus (FREE edition).
