Well food doesn't really change my moods but all i can say is that chocolate, DEFINATELY CHOCOLATE makes me feel musch better! Yum

Chocolate. It has a chemical in it that causes most people to have this "mmmm I feel good" feeling, but it causes me to go the other way---I get moody, mean, grumpy, irritable.
I *think* the chemical is called phenylethylamine, which is related to amphetamines (which gives us the good "high" feeling). For some reason this chemical reacts funny with my brain chemicals. :-/ Tho, eating a little chocolate a week kind of dulls the "reaction" so I don't have as bad a reaction each time I eat chocolate. :-D

Chocolate frosting does that to me too! i do no longer understand. Peanut butter. Hmm. My pal advised me that those products's stikiness can help prepare a broken heart, so...maybe? lol

Pretty much all of them if you really pay attention. Turkey, bananas, milk, chamomile tea, will make you sleepy.
