I have heard tell that the coldest part of the?

inside of the refrigetor is the top. what do you think top? bottom? or the back?

    Depends where the cooling unit is located but generaly it is the top.

    several items that I have placed on the top and middle shelf, in the back have actually frozen while the lower shelf and drawers, and items near the front were fine.
