My doctor told me to load up on calcium. I also do sort of a yoga position. It looks like that statue of Brittany Spears having her baby. You're on your hands and knees with your arms forward. It helps get into a comfortable position for a while.

  • I've never gotten the pains before, but everyone else I know does, guess I'm lucky. But I've herd you can put a small heating pad over wherever the pains are. Or take a hot bath. Heat relaxes the tense muscles. I also herd taking a jog helps a lot too. No matter how agonizing that may sound, constant movement stretches the muscles out relieving the tension.

menstrual cramps are quite common and the severity differs from person to person. there are pain killers that will lessen the pain, but u have to be careful because some of these medications can also cause a heavier flow. there are simple stretching exercises that help some people. one i know is stand about 1 foot away from a wall with both elbows touching the wall but the rest of your body away from it. now slowly push your tummy forward till it touches the wall. do this a few times and try lying in the fetal position (knees curled up under arms like a baby) for a few minutes. i hope this helps. take care

Take some "Premsin", use a heating pad, and do 2 shots of "Tequilla". Works every time. You look small, so you may want to do only 1 shot of "Tequilla". Good luck! :)

I also smoke 1 bowl of weed now and then if the pain is REALLY bad, but it's legal for me. I live in San Diego CA., and have a prescription. Look into this if you are interested and live where it is legal.

Painful periods may be caused by a chemical your body makes to help contract your womb and to push out your uterine lining when you menstruate.

Painful periods may also be caused by medical conditions.

If you have painful periods that are not caused by a medical condition, such as endometriosis the pain usually begins when your bleeding starts and is worse on your heaviest days.

Your painful period may be caused by a medical condition if you experience pain in your abdomen on days other than the first couple of days of your period.

Several treatments can relieve painful periods including painkillers, vitamins, heat, hot tea. Primary dysmenorrhea is a normal cramping of the lower abdomen caused by hormone-induced uterine contractions before the period. Secondary dysmenorrhea may be caused by abnormal conditions such as endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease. Unless one of these potentially serious conditions is present, the treatment for painful periods is pain relief. If a hormone imbalance is detected, birth control pills may restore the proper hormone levels.

Have you seen a doctor? You did not say how old you are?

    Hope you feel better soon.

The best thing to do is to take a pain killer two days before it is supposed to start. If that does not work. Talk to you doctor. Going on birth control pills may help you.

Also heating pad, and putting ginger in some hot water will also help.

The first thing that you should try is to sit in a hot bath and then apply a heating pad to your abdominal area, This usually soothes the pain of menstrual cramps. and if that doesn't work then you should maybe see a Doctor.

You said no Advil but Aleve has worked wonders for me. As well as regular exercising, the good ole heat pad, massage, and taking Aleve regularly for 2 days BEFORE your period.

Being anorexic isn't situation-free guy. My sociology professor invited an anorexic woman to talk to the type approximately what it became into like being anorexic, what brought about her to think of like this, etc. etc. it incredibly is usually a mix of a crap load of issues. Her deal became into that she became into under pressure perpetually and her human beings in all possibility weren't in fantastic condition to be mothers and dads and that they in all possibility did diverse tousled issues. She became into additionally motivated by the "elegance delusion" via fact of immediately's skinny fashions and regardless of. She's attempting to learn weight and he or she mentioned how she became into on the untimely point of osteoporosis. She's...i think of, 70 lbs and around 5'4". approximately 19 years previous. it incredibly is a psychological situation. it rather is like asking why human beings are thinking approximately suicide, why human beings have rigidity issues. it rather is complicated to empathize with them and it rather is complicated for them to empathize with us.
