Why isn't the English comedy, "Last of the Summer Wine" shown on BBC America? I love it!!?

i don't know why its not on BBC America but it is currently being shown on some PBS stations. it is a great and funny show and i have only seen like 6 seasons but there are like a lot more that my PBS station didn't show. i found a web site for the show and it had some really good information about the plots actors etc. glad someone else out there loves the British comedies as much as i do.

PBS still has the rights to show that program in the U.S. BBC America won't show it until those rights run out. Check your local listings to see if it's playing on PBS.

It is on your PBS station. During a 4 hour block of other brit coms. In MD it's on MPT. You can go online and search for afternoon tea, enjoy.

They do run it from time to time. Check your local PBS listings too.
