Dee - interesting observations! Yes it does initially cost 5 points to ask a question, but I get 3 back when I pick a best answer. I have more than enough points to spare since they don't count for anything tangible. These are all questions that I've answered that are just hanging out there in tiebreaker status. I don't care if my answer gets picked or not. I just like to see them get resolved.
I guess I do have time on my hands. Or rather hand. My left arm and hand have some paralysis. I am thus disabled. I write poetry and stories and fill in the slack time by answering questions on Yahoo! Answers.

favorite is the auntie question as it had some of the best answers the others were just full of folks trying to scam some points.

You have alot of time on your hands. Doesn't it cost you 5 points to ask a question. Are these questions really a need for help or just asked to ask questions? I did give a vote but even this question is making me wonder what you do all day. SORRY just honest with my opinion. And I am home with nothing to do since I am injured and in bed.
