Quite a few I think, considering some very good answers I've read under the Military sub section. Lots of military wannabes too, some are hilarious!
Anyways, add me to the list. I've had a fair amount to exposure to armoured combat and military intelligence. When I answer, I do so from an Asian perspective.... as I notice most posters and answerers are from the US, making the entire Military sub section, very US-Military centric.

I am currently serving with the US Army as a First Sergeant in the 4th Infantry Division. Have over 18 years in and looking for more years to come. I served with the 1st Ranger Battalion, 24th Division, 3rd Division and now with the 4th. I have been wounded four times. First in Panama in 1989, and the other three in Iraq since 2003. My wife thinks I should get out. But, I told her the Lord will call me when he is ready.

I served 8 years in the US ARMY, I went to several exotic places and definately wouldnt consider them vacation hotspots. I loved what I was doing and I love the country I served. I would still be serving now except for a few injuries. I am now a disabled veteran transitioning to a world that is foreign to me.
