Okay, first it's not a big deal about being young. I mean everyone like someone (except maybe for me). Why don't you ask him if he likes you. That's the fastest way to know. If he doesn't like you, tell him that it won't change your friendship. I mean, for me, I would prefer a friendship relationshiip than a lovers relationship because it can last forever.
