Which manufacturers quarantee NO dead pixels?

Question

I consider buying a 19 inch LCD via Internet, but I'm afraid that some pixels might not work. Does any manufacturer guarantee no dead pixels?

Could you also recommend me a good LCD (with good response time, clear colors and high contrast)?

This is an old problem, I haven't seen an LCD with a dead pixel for over 6 months.

If you are unfortunate enough to get one send it back stating that the power unit has an intermittent fault (or some other made up excuse!!!)

i havnt come across a duff one yet, but you could try and and say theres an intermittant fault, ive brought mainly illyamma, and samsung pannels and havnt had any problems
