I don't think so there is way that you can find out when was the last time some one logged in.

Might be possible if you didn't restart you PC.
Go to: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\cookies
Find the .txt file containg your pal's name or e-mail ID. Copy the code to another text file, and use C++ or HTML compiler to get the password. Needs some practise, but it works as demonstrated by some users.
