A very good Friend of mine has the lowest self esteem of anybody I've ever known.?
She is a business leader, a employer, good looking, mother of two great kids. She always thinks negatavely to the point it gets on my nerves. She thinks everybody is talking about her and no man will ever want her etc. She covers for these insecurties with loudness and rudeness sometimes. What to do to help her??

you need to let her unmderstand and know that she is truly beautiful and that she's done a wonderful job raising 2 spontaneous kids and that someday...some guy will whisk her off her feet and truly make her happy...just let her know how great she is, appreciate her and tell her how much you do

I same like her b4 ( but i'm not a leader, employer ) but when I'm turn 16, i changed it. She just need confident. And u cannot help her except she help herself.
