But you can say " I love you" to her in other languages. Like "Te amo".

Action speaks louder than words. Say " I LOVE YOU SO MUCH HONEY.! (Its the way you deliver that words). With a flower and a kiss...thats really romantic.

there is no way to say "i lov u" more romanticly. itz not the words (only a little) that make up the feeling, itz the setting and timing too. o, and if u mean HOW to say "i lov u", do it softly, sweetly, deeply, and nicely...thatz how i would want my bf to say it to me

Just be yourself and let the words come from you not us. Tell her how you feel and be honest with her and with yourself.

i would probably say just to be blunt. however once you say it the first time, it get easier to say it more often. but dont' over use it. then it holds less meaning.
