IQ is intelligence quotient and EQ is emotional quotient. EQ is about your feelings and IQ is about your intelligence. IQ is determined by the total of points you score over you chronological age. If you score a two hundred and you are 10, it means that you have the IQ of a 20 year old. EQ I believe is figured out the same way. An IQ or EQ of 100 means that intellectually and emotionally you are at your age level.

One has to do with "intellectual" intelligence and the other has to do with "emotional" or interpersonal intelligence.
