I am on wellbutrin with little results and still have mmod swings can anybody help?

I have tried everything over the years and nothing seems to work. I tried prozac,celexa, and effxor and I still have ups and downs everyday any suggestions

    It's all about trial and error. The anti depressants that I used did the trick for me but I did have to give them time. They made be feel intoxicated initially but over time I got used to them and they really made a huge difference. After about six months I was able to wean myself off of them and I am doing much much better. I have also talked to many people for whom regular heavy aerobic exercise is a big help. You have to keep trying things until you find the thing (or combination of things) that works for you.

    Yes, your doctor. Go talk to them. They are professionals and usually know what they are doing better than a bunch of people wasting time on Yahoo answers.

    Have they adjusted your dosage? It usually takes 4 weeks for maximum effect. I had a lot of luck with Zoloft.

    i can't help too much but i was on wellbutrin and it didn't work for me and he upped my dose which still didn't work so finally i just stopped taking it and yesterday i was put on a new medication...it doesn't seem to be too effective for depression but i know it helps people stop smoking...sorry i wasn't much help...

    Your dosage may not be correct. I'm on Lamictil and have had to up my dosage several times. Talk to your doctor and see what he/she says.

    Well it just might be you are Bi-Polor! But if anything try eating chocolate. It has enzimes that make you happy!
