Does anyone have a recipe for Chicken Caprese?

I had this at Olive Garden the other day and it was GOOD. Please don't give me the recipe off of copycat recipes, because it's not the same! This had angel hair pasta with fresh basil and tomatoes, and some kind of buttery garlic sauce.

Caprese sauce is a variation of a traditional Capri (Italian) recipe. It sounds as though you know you need Angel hair, basil (must be fresh), low moisture part skim mozzarella, and fresh Roma tomatoes? The sauce is simply extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and Garlic. The key to this recipe is allowing the tomato, Basil and mozzarella to marinate in the olive oil/vinegar for a minimum of 1 hour. this gives the vinegar time to break down the product allowing the flavors to penetrate the mozzarella and tomato. Toss this (after marinating) and pour over your angel hair pasta. Voila.....Chicken Caprese.
