she's just jealous is all. it's a known "girls rule" in life that when you get a bf your best friend will understand. if she doesn't there's something wrong with her...mostly just that she's jealous. be a smart*** back to her. don't take that kinda stuff off her. she's not treating you like a bff that's for sure!!! tell her so and to go find her own bf and her own room.....

mostly however i'd just laugh at her and act as if i didn't care or notice. do what you want to do and be by your bf. don't be mean to her but don't let her treat you ugly either. if it were her with the bf would you be doing that to her? hope not. that's now how you treat a friend....ever.

Well, it doesn't make it right, but it sounds to me that your friend is feeling very insecure, and is afraid of losing your friendship. When you both are not angry, sit down, tell her how you value her friendship, and that just because you have a boyfriend, doesn't mean that your friendship will disappear. I've been in both places. I remember what it felt like, and sometimes it's just hard for friends because they feel jealous and insecure. I also know that it's crappy for her to do this, because it hurts you and it doesn't feel like she cares, but please remember this, give her a chance after you've talked to her. If she doesn't stop then, you'll have to decide if her friendship is really important to you. You two both need to decide that you won't let boyfriends ruin your friendship, if she's important to you

She's probably jealous but tell her that you're not ignoring her and you've sat together once. If she can't stand it then tell her to not pay attention or something. Go hook her up or something. Maybe she'll let down a bit.

I don't know what kind of best friend would make you choose. That's just plain silly.
