I like the Partner better than The Testament, The Firm, one I did not like was the Street Lawyer.

    The Rainmaker. Hands down.

The character in this story, Rudy Baylor, is not your typical Grisham character, which made him very entertaining. The story was one that just kept pulling you along, always wondering what was gonna happen next. And the ending was in my opinion, the best in any Grisham novel.

My second choice would be the Street Lawyer. Again, a colorful cast of characters is what makes this novel tick.

The Client is my least favorite, followed by The Bretheren

It really depends on what he/you is interested in.....Fiction, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Horror, etc. Some of the books from the classic movies, ie: To Kill A Mocking Bird, Raisin in the Sun, Moby Dick, etc. are excellent books to read. But again, it all depends on what he/you likes. I suggest going to the library or a book store and looking around. There are so many excellent books and authors out there, that the possibilities are endless. Happy reading!!

A Time To Kill.I think that he accurately depicted the emotional aftershocks that occur in a family, community and nation when a child is raped.Although the book shows racial tensions it also shows that all races are united in the protection of our children. In that moment there was no black or white.Just a father protecting his daughter and fighting for justice.

The firm. Its my favorite because the way the main character gets trapped and escapes without breaking his ethic code, in my opinion, was great.

I think I have read them all. My favorite is "The Testament" but they are all fun to read. It was very different, and had a female lead character.
