i reached it for the first tim today. god damned yahell. always a catch.
^ oops i meant time. and if they lifted the restrictio on how many answers a question can have. why restrict how many we can answer?

Yes but as you reach higher levels you can ask more questions.

Because the more you ask, the questions become more senseless until you hit the rock bottom and ask the stupidiest question you never thought you would. Hence Yahoo is helping you not reach that point just to preserve your self-confidence.
