It's frustrating when one feels like every aspect of their lives are being controlled by someone or some group instead of being in control of themselves. I believe the school system like the government doesn't trust people to make smart decisions for themselves, so they(officials) try to make decisions in our best interest. It's natural to show affection for someone you care about. Physical contact such as holding hands doesn't put anyone in danger and hasn't been proven to disrupt learning. Unfortunately, the people who make rules for everyone, don't understand. I think school officials believe that if they allowed the holding of hands, soon students would be wanting more, such as kissing, touching each other's private areas, ect. Some people believe that all affection, even holding hands after marriage, should be reserved for the privacy of the home. If you want to change the rules at your school, you must talk to the adults that have the power to vote or convince others toward your way of thinking. Good luck.

It relies upon on the college. A public Catholic college can't discriminate against absolutely everyone for intercourse, gender, race, sexual orientation or faith, in spite of the indisputable fact that at inner maximum Catholic faculties they're regrettably allowed to kick human beings out (a super type of the time). yet, as I reported, it relies upon on the college, the toddler and the numerous circumstances. Like, if the toddler had a checklist, then got here out as gay, the college ought to probable get away with expelling him utilising his checklist as an excuse. there are various unhappy, unhappy issues in this international.

actually, i thought pda meant public display of affection.
public being the important word here. actions in public should be more restrained than those in private. no one enjoys being run over by two hormone driven students who can't get through math class without clinging to each other for dear life in the short 5 minutes before class. time to show a little class...no pun intended.

Please, do not use the term "gay" to define some action or event that is pernicious and petulant.
It is grossly insulting.
Now, the reason for this is that some people have no degree of decency and feel that sticking a tongue down one's throat or graphically rubbing body parts is OK.
The "safest" decision is to ban it altogether, but that will backfire on them.

It is really lame...like you are going to have sex between classes in the hallway. NOW, they have turned the whole school into PSA...personal snitch association.

I like that rule, too many kids having kids these days, you need to worry about other things more important to you then sex.
