    You'll need to enter your height, current weight, age and level of daily activity and it will calculate exactly how many daily calories you need to maintain your current weight. Then, according to how much you wish to lose, you lower the calorie count to approx 500 a day.

    I'm a cheeselover, too! I've been accused of being 1/2 mouse! If you are a female you should eat around 2000 calories a day, if you are a male you should eat about 2500 calories a day. To loose weight you have to burn off more than you take in, so your activity level is a major factor. You should loose wieght if you take in less calories than what is stated above and you do some type of activities.

    Well the recommended daily amount of calories for a woman to consume is 2,000 i think though, personally, that a healthy balance from all the foods grounps and regular light exercise is the best way to lose weight, quick fix diets can lead to it being more difficlt later on in life to loose the pounds and it can also cause to to gain weight instead of losing it

    I have some experience in this. The answer is 1500 calories per day. And you are guaranteed to lose at a nice and steady pace. It won't come back so fast either. But there is one catch. You have to change you eating habits for life. It's like acquiring a taste for something by eating it again and again, next thing you know your in a restaurant and ordering it.
