How do you deal with chlorine in your hair?

I swim for 90 minuets a day for 5 days a week. My hair has turned from brown to grayish color is 3 weeks. Also do you know of a shampoo/conditioner that will get the chlorine out?

when you go for a swim what you can do is apply a little bit of oil in your hair. once you are done swimming you can use a shampoo which helps to remove mchlorine. it will definitely help you to remove the chlorine. there is a shampoo by l'oreal which can be useful to you.

NEXXUS ALOE RID TREATMENT. COAT HAIR WITH ALOE WRAP IN PLASTIC BAG SIT UNDER DRYER FOR 10-20 MINUTES. AN OLD HOME REMEDY IS TO STRIP YOUR HAIR USING 1/2 C TIDE MIXED WITH WATER AND WASH YOUR HAIR IN IT VERY DRYING. I WOULD STICK WITH THE NEXXUS LINE OF PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY FOR REMOVING CHLORINE AND OTHER CHEMICALS AND MEDICINE FROM YOUR HAIR.
