I would agree with the previous answer. I doubt there is a ferry that travels between Hong Kong and Manila due to the distance. Add in the danger of a ferry in the open ocean and you are asking for disaster. How many ferries have sunk just around the islands of the Phils?

commercially there is none. but if you will come from the tippest island of Babuyan island.. there are like backdoor boats goin in and out hongkong.. just like tawi2/ jolo to malaysia. but why risk? it only cost around 2t-3t to buy a plane tickets? it would only take you an hour to get there..

none... if you're concerned with the cost... try flying from macau to clark airport... asiana airlines' offering a much cheaper airfare

It is far. Furthermore, the weather is not good in there. Should take plane.
