The ideal first port of call for you is the English Ice Hockey Association at:

Our principal centre for ice sports is the National Ice Centre but this is in Nottingham in the East Midlands. However, they do run ice hockey summer camps including a week long one in August. See the following:

With regard to ice hockey rinks in London, we don't have that many but there are two which are in south-east and north-east London respectively: Streatham and Lee Valley.
