I'm not eating anything but I'm drinking apple juice

I just made my son a cup of milk with Strawberry syrup-and I licked up the syrup. A little earlier,I had a cup of coffee that I have to say really sucked!

I just had a mixture of my son's favorites: Cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and M&M's. I buy all separately and put them together because he doesn't like the raisens and some of the nuts in the ones you buy prepackaged. I also put in bags, little containers and write :

Kevin's special: made w/ peanuts, cashews, M&M's and love.

It's 8:45am, Diet Pepsi, yummy.

Coffee, but I had some cocoa pebbles earlier. All for 6 points total, yeah, weight watchers!!!!

well, i'm on a diet and I just had breakfast which consisted of bran flakes mixed with plain no-fat yogurt and a 1/2 of a grapefruit.
