    Certain information, I think, is true. However, as the book is fiction, much of it is false. One example I heard or read somewhere is when Dan Brown writes on the upside-down pyramid at the Louvre and it's distance off of the floor. If one was to go to the Louvre, one would see that the distance mentioned in the book is not the same as the distance in real life.

    Sure, and Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Elvis get together and bet on the unicorn races at Jimmy Hoffa's mansion every weekend.
