Welp for one thing, don't have anything with Aspertame in it!
There's a great book I have called Prescription for Nutritional Healing. Pick up a copy at your nearest Health Food Store, it's my health Bible. Here's some of what mine says about it!
Chemical poisoning of the nervous system by pesticides, industrial chemicals and heavy maetals may play a part in the develpment of MS. Another theory is that food intolerances or allergies, especially allergies to dairy products and gluten.
Some experts suspect the mercury poisoning is behind some cases.
Diet may play a key role dues to the fact the MS is fairly common in the us and almost unheard of in other places such as Japan, Korea and China. The consumption of saturated fat, cholesterol, and alcohol , leads to the production of a hormonelike substance called prostaglandin 2 (pg2) which promotes the inflammatory response and worsens symptoms of MS. People in Asian countries consume more of a diet that's rich in marine foods, seeds, and fruit oils, which are high in essential fatty acids, including the Omega-3 essential fatty acids, which have an inhibitory effect on the inflammatory response.
