You will gain minimal HP and loose some torque.

Not a whole lot, tyically shorty headers are a gimmic given the rather advanced design of newer vehicle manifold designs. Typically a shorty header will improve power in the upper rpm range while showing a noticable loss in low end torque. Your best option is to find a set of full length headers they will increase power across the entire rpm range and are much more effective than shorty's.

we dynoed about 2-5hp with headers. long tube headers are good for torque on the bottom end shorties are good for top end but you loose torque. Unless you don't have room stay with long or medium length headers. Change the intake if you really want to feel a power difference. we dynoed a stock 350 that made 208wrhp and 211tq and changed the intake and put long tube headers and got 223wrhp and 289tq and these were engines that got torn apart every 3 weeks and using parts that were close to failing.

Probably 10 more HP. Your low end torque will drop.

I would be surprised if you even gain 5 horses. Waste of money and you will lose torque.

Not nearly as much as you'd like, however the louder sound will make you feel like you got a lot.
