Does .net 2003 Framework has VSS (Visual source safe ) bundled with it ?
Like its counter part visual studio 6.0 ?

From what I have seen, it comes bundled only with the enterprise editions, not the professional editions. Even then I think the bundled version is still the old VSS from VB (6.0d).
There are several articles on the net that talk about using VB 6.0d with VS.Net 2003. I have included one such article that talks about how they can be used together.
So in short, it looks like they [Microsoft] made a leap from 6.0d right over 2003 and into VS.Net 2005. VS.Net 2003 has been such a mystery release in terms of support. Oh well.
