I travel for large Co. Allowance is 39.00 a day for meals W/O receipts. Can this be increased W/O reciepts.?

    This is probably a per company policy. Ask the person who you submit the reports to about the company policy for meals. For a large company, they might give you a bigger budget with receipts and good reason as long as your boss signs off on it.
