Taking one 1,200-milligram capsule before each meal helps in digestion of fats and the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. So roughly 3,600-milligrams total should suffice. I wouldn't recommend taking any supplements in excess.

Lecithin, being a phospholipid, is very high in fat. So, as with all fats, it should be consumed in moderation
