theres a couple reasons why it is 50 degrees in may today. The first is because much of the northeast is in a trough meaning the jetsteat is further south than your location blocking warm weather from reaching you and allowing cool weather from canada to usher in. The second is because yesterday a very strong cold front moved through which really blew in cooler air. High pressure over the great lakes region and a low pressure in the canadian maritimes near quebec caused a stiff northwesterly wind today which made it feel even colder. This is called a pressure gradient. Whenever you see a blue H and red L close together on a weather map, its means that area is pretty windy. Hoever, theres good news for you. Later this week, starting wednesday and thursday actually, the ridge thats over the plain states in the center of the country will push east getting rid of the trough. Once the ridge builds in around wednesday the temperatures will respond greatly getting warmer each day just in time for the memorial day weekend. Friday and saturday should be in the middle 80's under mostly sunny skies and you could perhaps hit 90 sunday and monday especially is you live towards pittsburg or philadelphia. Weather patterns are constatnly changing; weather likes to balance itself out. Since its been rather cool the past couple weeks in your region, it will be rather warm, perhaps hot at times for a week at the least, but most likey for a couple weeks now that we're approaching the summer solstice which causes the jetstream to move farther north more often, even up in canada sometimes. This is why PA and most of the country get very humid and warm during the summer; a jetstream to the north of your area allows warm tropical air from the gulf of mexico to visit you! This should be the last 50 degree day you'll have to deal with hopefully untill september or october. I hope you understand what i typed lol.

If u r mentioning Pakistan as PA then here is the answer for u.
Usually u get 50 deg near to sea shore. This is because, water gets evaporated from sea and create high humidity. Because of humidity, heat transfers from sun in two mode::: Radiation and Convection. Heat can transfer readily thro water. Hence u feel 51.6deg of temperature in Pakistan this MAY.

Yeah, I'd like to know that, too. My mother says she is sick and freezing and she put the electric blanket back on the bed. Meanwhile, here in Missouri I am sweating to death and it is supposed to be about 90 tomorrow. So count your blessings in PA.
